In the Posture and Alignment Workshops, we break down peak yoga poses to enhance your practice and ensure you are practicing in the safest way possible. Trikonasana, or triangle pose, strengthens all muscles groups simultaneously and cleanses the kidney, thyroid and adrenal glands.
